The international Yugoslav war crimes tribunal indicted Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic for alleged war crimes and signed his arrest warrant, a source close to the tribunal was quoted as saying Wednesday. The source said the indictment, which was expected to involve alleged war crimes in Kosovo, would be announced Thursday from the tribunal’s headquarters in The Hague.
