The Israel Lands Authority is seeking bids for the construction of 22 housing units in the Jewish settlement of Neve Dekalim in the Gaza Strip, Israel Radio reported Sunday. The report came amid Palestinian demands that all Jewish settlement activity must end in order for the peace process to continue.
