The Israeli peace group Ir Shalem filed a lawsuit in the country’s highest court to try to stop a Jewish settlers’ group from building in Jerusalem’s Muslim Quarter. A Jerusalem city planning commission is scheduled to vote next week on Ateret Cohanim’s proposal to build high-rise apartments and a school at a site in the quarter.
