The Jewish Agency for Israel joined other groups in petitioning Israel’s High Court on Monday, demanding that the government postpone implementing a decision to cancel housing grants for new immigrants. The government’s decision to make the move was taken as part of the emergency economic plan due to take effect on Tuesday.
