The Jewish Community Relations Council of New York is offering $2,000 for information leading to the conviction of those responsible for spray-painting swastikas and anti-Semitic slogans on seven homes and a synagogue in the Midwood section of Brooklyn. “The individuals responsible for this crime intended to strike terror into the hearts of the people of this neighborhood,” the JCRC said in a statement. “This reward signals our solidarity with the community.”
