The largest ever delegation from South Africa will attend the World Zionist Congress in Jerusalem beginning Feb. 20. Forty delegates and altemates will represent all the South African Zionist parties. The delegation will be headed by Julius Weinstein, chairman of the South African Zionist Federation.
