The late Arthur Rubinstein left half a million dollars in his will for the beautification of Jerusalem, the Jerusalem Post reported Monday. The paper cited municipal sources. The report said that Rubinstein, who died December 20 at the age of 95, left the bequest to the Jerusalem Foundation, the fundraising-for-Jerusalem organization which is closely associated with Mayor Teddy Kollek.
