Ibrahim Youssef Saleh wept as he described the incident to reporters. He called the shooting an isolated attack and the work of a “radical, ignorant or a mercenary.” Two Jews and two Muslims were killed when a Kuwaiti-born Palestinian opened fire on a small crowd of worshipers at the beginning of Sukkot.
