The March of the Living canceled the Israel leg of its trip this year. The decision regarding the 1,500 teens on next month’s trip, which annually brings U.S. teen-agers to concentration camp sites and the Jewish state, was made because of security considerations. Contrary to earlier reports, at least one federation, the United Jewish Federation of MetroWest, N.J., did not cancel the Israel leg for its teens- agers separately, and will still send its teen-agers on to the Jewish state after they tour the concentration camp sites.
