The murderer of a peace activist in Israel apologized for the 1983 killing. “I did something unacceptable,” Yonah Avrushmi told Israel’s Army Radio on Wednesday about the killing of Emil Grunzweig, who was killed when Avrushmi threw a hand grenade at Peace Now activists as they called for the dismissal of then-Defense Minister Ariel Sharon during the Lebanon War.
