The National Conference on Soviet Jewry has learned that Soviet Jewish Prisoner of Conscience Eduard Kuznetsov has been confined to a prison hospital for what allegedly has been diagnosed as tuberculosis. His wife, former POC Sylva Zalmanson, is now living in Israel.
