(The National Conference on Soviet Jewry received a cable Thursday from Henrietta Markman in Moscow. The NCSJ reported that Markman, who was released from three years’ imprisonment last April, was granted an exit visa and will soon be joining his wife in Israel. The 37-year-old Markman was arrested after he asked for a visa to emigrate to Israel.
