The National Conference on Soviet Jewry reported Monday that 128 Jews were allowed to leave the Soviet Union in November. This brings the total number of Soviet Jews allowed to emigrate in the first II months of 1985 to 1,047. Last year, 896 Jews were allowed to leave the Soviet Union.
