The National Religious Party claims that observant Jews are denied employment in Israeli industry because they are Sabbath observers. Interior Minister Yosef Burg told a party meeting yesterday that the NRP will fight for the right of observant Jews to work anywhere without fear of being barred because of their religious practices.
