The new Ambassador of Costa Rica, Karen Olson, presented her credentials Thursday to President Yitzhak Navon. Costa Rica was the first of 13 embassies which left Jerusalem two years ago and moved its embassy to Tel Aviv following the enactment of the Jerusalem Law which declared that united Jerusalem is Israel’s capital. It was also the first country which decided to return its embassy to Jerusalem.
