The new director of the Berlin Radio Station, Dr. Duske, in an interview with the Jewish Telegraphic Agency here, denied rumors current that since the recent re-organization of the German radio system, a numerus clausus has been applied to performers of Jewish origin.

Dr. Duske stated that he was aware of reports circulated that it had been decided that only one percent of those who performed for the Berlin radio might be of Jewish origin, presumably based on the fact that the Jews constitute one percent of the population of Germany.
