The news of the assassination of Dr. Israel DeHaan, made known by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, is causing much excitement in the Jewish community of Warsaw. All groups are united in condemning the murder.
The “Najer Haint,” the official organ of the Zionist organization of Poland, printed an editorial in which it strongly condemned the use of violence as a weapon in political contests. The paper stated further that the Jerusalem “Agudath Israel” and the fanatics, who are fighting the Jewish National Home in Palestine, are morally responsible for the murder.
