The Orthodox Union lashed out at a group of U.S. rabbis who are calling on Israel to share sovereignty over Jerusalem’s Temple Mount. “Any calls to `share’ the Temple Mount not only fly in the face of Jewish tradition, they also endanger freedom of access to holy places for all,” said the Orthodox Union and the Rabbinical Council of America.
