The owner of a Las Vegas casino once staged a Nazi-themed party at which he wore a Nazi uniform and served a cake decorated with a swastika, a Canadian newspaper reported. According to the Ottawa Citizen, Ralph Engelstad, owner of the Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino, admitted to “poor taste” when he held the party in 1988.
