The Palestinian Authority is holding 32 Israeli Arabs in custody for cooperating with Israel, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz, citing a Justice Ministry report. The Israeli citizens are currently being interrogated in various detention centers, and some have been tortured, the report says.
