The Palestinian Authority is not taking steps to fight terrorism in the Gaza Strip, Israel’s army chief said. Briefing members of the Knesset Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee on Tuesday, Lt. Gen. Moshe Ya’alon said the Palestinians have not been taking steps to implement the “Gaza/Bethlehem First” plan.
