The Palestinian Authority issued a statement denouncing all murders of both Israeli and Palestinian civilians, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. Palestinian officials also said they would arrest those who carried out such acts within Palestinian-controlled areas. However, Palestinian officials have said that attacks may continue within areas Israel controls.
