The Palestinian Authority’s chief negotiator said that direct contacts with the government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had completely fallen apart. “We don’t have any bilateral negotiations with Mr. Netanyahu,” Saeb Erekat told reporters in the West Bank town of Jericho. He added that the Palestinians are willing to accept international arbitration to break the impasse in the peace process.
