The Palestinian Authority’s prime minister said political turmoil in Israel was cause for optimism. “We pin huge hopes on these changes and on the choice of Israeli society, because most of Israeli society wants peace,” Ahmed Qurei said Tuesday in a speech in the West Bank city of Jericho.
