The Palestinian U.N. representative told judges at The Hague that West Bank security barrier is an Israeli land grab. In his opening address Monday, Nasser Al-Kidwa told the 15-justice panel at the International Court of Justice that he hopes a ruling against the fence will lead to international sanctions against Israel. Israel, like the United States and some 30 other nations, is boycotting the three-day hearings.
