* The Presbyterian Church declared suicide bombing and terrorism as crimes against humanity. The church resurrected a motion, which failed last weekend in its social justice committee, on the floor of its General Assembly in Birmingham, Ala., on Wednesday night. It passed with more than 75 percent support. The resolution, amended on the assembly floor to include other forms of terrorism beside suicide bombing, asked the church’s highest official to call on the U.S. Congress, the United Nations and human rights groups to encouraged the International Criminal Court to declare suicide bombing a crime against humanity.
