The president of Lebanon on Saturday visited a Christian enclave that had been abandoned days earlier by the Israel-allied South Lebanon Army. Residents of the Jezzine enclave welcomed Emile Lahoud, who voiced support for Hezbollah gunmen and other Lebanese groups fighting the continued Israeli presence in southern Lebanon.
