The president of the Vatican’s commission for religious relations with Jews brought a message of goodwill from Pope John Paul II at the start of a major Jewish cultural and educational project in the Czech Republic. Cardinal Edward Cassidy said the pope wanted to encourage Jews, Christians and all other citizens to work together for the good of the world.
