The project of publishing the letters and memoirs of Chaim Weizmann is about to pass its half way mark with the publication of the 12th of the 23 volume collection. Altogether seven further volumes are in the press and the last one is due to appear early in 1979, 10 years after volume one. The work is now being carried out under the overall supervision of Barnett Litvinoff, the Anglo-Jewish author and historian, who was appointed general editor of the project early last month.
