Official figures now available concerning Germany’s foreign trade in the first quarter of 1934 give a vivid picture of the steady decline in Germany’s exports. The world boycott against Germany is beginning to show its disastrous effects, and while the Nazi chieftains still announce defiance of world public opinion, the German people are becoming daily more and more conscious of the catastrophic effects of the inhuman actions of their leaders. All indications and reports from Germany are to the effect that dissatisfaction is growing rapidly and that it is bound to manifest itself politically sooner or later.
