The reconstruction of the Jewish Quarter in the Old City of Jerusalem will be completed within a year-and-a-half, managers of the government corporation in charge of the project said here. Some 450 flats have been sold since work in the Quarter began more than 10 years ago. Another 200 flats will be built to house some 4,000 residents. The corporation maintains special rules to assure the special character of the Quarter.
