The Salute to Israel parade in New York, held in rainy weather, drew one of its smallest crowds in years. Sunday’s parade down Fifth Avenue in Manhattan drew more than 100,000 participants and spectators, according to estimates. The small turnout was due to the inclement weather, according to an event organizer.
