The second trial of a rabbi accused of contracting to kill his wife will be moved in an attempt to hold a fair trial. New Jersey Judge Linda Baxter said the retrial of Fred Neulander would be moved to another county in New Jersey. Extensive media coverage of the first trial, which ended in a hung jury in November, has made it difficult to hold a fair trial in Camden County, where the first one was held. Neulander is accused of having his wife, Carol, killed in 1994 so he could pursue an affair.
