The Simon Wiesenthal Center criticized a German court’s refusal to extradite a former SS criminal. A Munich court chose not to hand over Soren Kam, 84, a former SS member living in Kempten, Germany, whom Denmark wants to try on murder charges. According to a report on the German Internet news agency Netzeitung, a Munich appellate court rejected an extradition request from Denmark’s Justice Ministry because it did not have enough evidence in the case.
