The Simon Wiesenthal Center is urging the Danish prime minister to protect 15 prominent Jews who have been put on a “hit list” by an extremist Islamic group. Rabbi Abraham Cooper, the center’s associate dean, called on Anders Rassmussen to secure the safety of the Jews, arrest those behind the threat and disband Hizb Ut Tahrir, a group which seeks to establish Islamic rule worldwide.
