The Simon Wiesenthal Center urged the Croatian government to expedite its investigation of a World War II-era war crimes suspect. The Associated Press reported Tuesday that Efraim Zuroff, the center’s chief Nazi hunter, said the Croatian judicial system was not moving aggressively enough in bringing to trial Milivoj Aschner, 92, who recently fled to Austria.
