The special military committee investigating the response by Israeli security forces to the March II terrorist assault has completed its work and presented its findings to Chief of Staff Gen. Mordechai Gur, an army spokesman announced. Gur will submit the report to Defense Minister Ezer Weizman. The spokesman said the Defense Ministry may publish parts of the report if security factors permit it. The committee, headed by Gen. Yona Efrat, consisted of senior army, navy and air farce officers.
