The State Department chose three lawmakers to join the U.S. delegation to an anti-Semitism conference in Berlin next month. The Bush administration named Rep. Christopher Smith (R-N.J.) as vice chairman of the delegation and also added Sen. George Voinovich (R-Ohio) and Rep. Benjamin Cardin (D-Md.) to the contingent attending the April 28-29 conference of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
