The Supreme Court has ordered a re-trial in the Lublin Court of Appeals for Isaac Friedman, sentenced to three-and-a-half years’ imprisonment in connection with the Przytyk pogrom of March, 1936, and confirmed a seven-year sentence of Sholem Lesko, convicted of fatally shooting a Gentile, and a five-year term of Eliezer Kirshenzweig.
