The Supreme Court today rejected the petition of the ousted Prussian ministry to issue an injunction restraining Chancellor Franz you Papen from administering affairs in Prussia until the Supreme Court has ruled on the constitutionality of the decrees, which placed in his hands control of Prussia and its police force.
