The synod meeting of the Montreal diocese of the Anglican Church took cognizance of the position of the Jews in Germany at the present time, and in a resolution submitted by the Rev. Canon W. H. Davidson and seconded by Canon A. P. Shatford, the synod expressed to the Jewish Community of Montreal and elsewhere its sincere sympathy with them in the hardships being experienced at present by the Jews of Germany.
