The trial against the “Angriff,” Nazi organ charged with libelous attacks upon Dr. Bernhard Weiss, vice-president of the Berlin Police Department, will take place on July 11th, it was learned today.
The “Angriff” was confiscated and suit entered against the editors for charging that Dr. Weiss had accepted a bribe from a house of vice in exchange for protection; and that “the Jew Weiss escaped from Paris in order to avoid punishment.”
