The trial date for a white supremacist charged with wounding five people in a shooting spree at a Jewish community center in the Los Angeles area and the subsequent killing of a mail carrier has been postponed until next February. The trial of Buford Furrow Jr. had originally been scheduled for Nov. 14, but U.S. District Judge Nora Manella ordered the postponement, citing the case’s complexity.
