The U.S. forest service and the Jewish National Fund are working jointly to help improve forest awareness in U.S. cities. Announced this week by officials with both organizations, the program will include information on “fires and fuels, overstocked forests, invasive species/insect diseases and managed recreation,” according to a JNF news release.
