The U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum temporarily suspended its activities to focus on alleged genocide taking place in Sudan. In a rare, 30-minute break Thursday from its daily educational activities, the museum hosted congressmen and a representative from the Darfur region of western Sudan, where tens of thousands of black Africans have been persecuted and killed by government-backed Arab militias.
