The U.S. Justice Department’s Office of Special Investigation is mulling whether to begin new denaturalization and deportation proceedings against John Demjanjuk. Eli Rosenbaum, director of the OSI, said his staff was reviewing the matter after a federal judge reinstated Demjanjuk’s citizenship.
