The U.S. Middle East envoy delivered to Ariel Sharon a message from President Bush that Israel must withdraw from the West Bank. Before Anthony Zinni delivered the message Monday, White House spokesman Ari Fleischer said “the president meant it — they need to begin to withdraw now.”
