The U.S. political strategists who helped engineer Prime Minister-elect Ehud Barak’s election victory over Benjamin Netanyahu are teaming up with Israeli advisers to form a consulting firm. The new firm, GCS International, is made up of Americans James Carville, Stanley Greenberg and Robert Shrum, and Israelis Moshe Gaon and Tal Zilberstein. The firm will provide strategic consulting services to political candidates around the world.
