The U.S. State Department’s annual report on terrorism will include Israeli accusations that two groups affiliated with the Palestine Liberation Organization have taken part in terrorist activities against Israel during the current Palestinian uprising, according to USA Today. U.S. officials told the newspaper that the report, due to be released next week, stops short of labeling Fatah and the Tanzim militias terrorist organizations, a designation that would require the U.S. to end relations with the PLO.
