The U.S. Supreme Court told a lower court to reconsider a decision in which a city was told it could not cover some rental expenses at a 1997 prayer rally in a municipal park in Arizona. The high court said the earlier ruling regarding a National Prayer Day event in Tucson, Ariz., should be rethought in light of a Supreme Court decision earlier this year that allows an after-school Bible club to meet at a public school.
